Seico Chauffeur Services approached Imaginize around May 2001. Seico specialise in transfers to and from London airports with a fleet of luxury saloons, limos and MPVs.
As a growing company they were finding managing their assignments more time consuming due to the increasing amount of paper work the business generated. We developed a computerised Vehicle Booking System over a number of months using a RAD development process. The application, still in use today has been extended and expanded far beyond the original concept.

The Sophisticats
http://www.socats.com/ project was probably one of the most interesting we have undertaken. A very popular night-time venue for stressed out execs this club provides a perfect way to relax and enjoy yourself while being entertained by an eye-catching floor show.
Imaginize were approached to develop a computerised dance voucher system for the club in February 2002. The club management wanted to introduce stricter financial controls and monitor the use of the Sophisticash vouchers. Typically customers pay for a girl to dance with cash or with a voucher. The vouchers are purchased from the club and the customer is charged a commission. When the dancer redeems the voucher the club charges the dancer commission as well.
We developed the Night Club Voucher System for Sophisticats to enable the management
team to monitor the distribution and redemption of vouchers. As the system has grown
we have added:
Dance rota management
SMS Alerts to dancers reminding them they are due to dance that evening.
Full management reporting showing performances by dancer
Full dancer management to comply with employment legislation.
Eyecare Contact Lenses needed a bespoke application developed for their own use. Eyecare provide a unique service to their clients, supplying contact lenses to patients at times to suit the patient. Appointments are made primarily during evenings and weekends. The system was designed to maintain patient details and eye medical history. Appointment reminders and automatic labelling for disposable lenses are two of its key features.
