LEGO Mythica
Land Development
Working alongside Merlin Magic Making to design LEGO Mythica at LEGOLAND Germany (Deutschland).
The land includes 'Maximus - The Guardians Flight', a 'Wing Coaster' with inversions, giant LEGO and ride vehicles that resemble the majestic guardian of LEGO Mythica, Maximus! You can also find the Fire & Ice Drop Towers, Lavaland playground and the CreaZone where guests can play and build their creations.

The Brief
We were brought onboard by Merlin Magic Making (MMM) during the initial ideation process of the Land and creatively developing what the LEGO Mythica based experienced could entail; from developing a full storyboard for the main ride, on-ride interactions and near misses and massing the mythical creatures that would take centre stage for the attractions.
We were also involved in the detailed design development stage of the main ride, entrance portal, flat ride, overall key visuals and key features of the land, from initial sketches to developed concept art and 3D modelling of ride building and modelling of the enchanted mythica creatures throughout the land.
