The first steps into physical retail stores for one of the worlds biggest Underwear brands.

Lounge approached us to design their first wave of pop-up stores across the UK and Germany as the Underwear giant prepares to add a physical retail offering to their brand.

The Brief

For a brand who were almost entirely e-commerce, we had a blank canvas to create a visually impressive and experiential retail environment. The challenge was to balance their extensive product range in terms of stock, whilst maintaining a minimalist approach to visual merchandising. 

Each location had a unique customer experience, with their debut in Covent Garden launching pre-christmas, a Valentines focused pop up in Manchester and a social media influencer collaboration in Berlin.  

Our team designed the full interior look & feel of each location, staying true to Lounge's identity of empowerment and body positivity.
